Its not working...whenever i press them it doesn't take screen shot ...then it takes me to either home screen or lockthe screen

In Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime..To take screen shot, The trick is to Press the HOME AND POWER BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME SIMULTANEOUSLY. If you press HOME first then POWER ,it is wrong way.
If you press POWER button then HOME button, it is wrong way. PRESS BOTH BUTTON TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME
